Fortis Manufacturing will warranty its parts against anything considered defective during the lifetime of the product. This will include, but not be limited to materials as well as machining. FORTIS MFG does not provide warranty against normal wear under hard use or items considered to be misused. Items such as springs, pins, etc. would be considered under the umbrella of normal use and therefore not covered under the warranty. Additional items not covered under warranty are product misuse or damaged caused by accidental use or improper handling of the part. Any modifications to the part will be considered a void in the warranty. 

 If you reach out for a valid warranty claim, we will authorize your return of the item(s) and at our discretion, will repair the product or replace the product of equal or greater value. Before shipping any product back to FORTIS MFG, please ensure a RMA was issued from us and clearly written inside the box.

 **UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FORTIS MANUFACTURING BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE FORTIS MFG’S PRODUCTS, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF FORTIS MFG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

 THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND FORTIS MFG DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NONETHELESS EXIST BY OPERATION OF LAW, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION PROVIDED BY LAW.
