How is my order processed and shipped?
Orders are processed, packed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the time you ordered.
All retail orders will be shipped via USPS. Orders over $500 require a signature confirmation, there are no exceptions. If you'd like to add insurance, please contact us via email (email@example.com) or call us at (253) 277-3211 - after you've placed your order.
If you're looking to expedite a package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Standard rates apply for those options. If it's your first time ordering, we'll need to send it to the same billing/shipping address.
How do I receive a tracking # for my package?
All retail orders will receive a tracking # via email from Stamps.com. If you did not receive your tracking # in the time that your order was processed, check your spam folders first to see if it may have been sent there. If you did not receive it, please contact us. Please allow 24hrs for your tracking # to update.
What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?
We take fraud much more seriously than most and would never want your information to be compromised in any way. To ensure the highest level of security, if you've never placed an order with us before and need the package sent to a different shipping address - we require a proof of ID at the shipping address and/or a proof of residence for your first order. After your first order, we'll confirm your account to be shipped to that address with no hassle moving forward.
